Acknowledgement of Agreement
By accessing the services of Eventure, you affirm your complete understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion herein, you must immediately cease the use of our services.
Revisions and Amendments
Eventure retains the unilateral right to update or amend these Terms at its discretion. Continued engagement with our offerings following such changes will be deemed as implicit acceptance of the revised provisions.
Scope of Event Services
Eventure specializes in the conceptualization, orchestration, and execution of bespoke events. While we endeavor to meet the highest standards of quality and creativity, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, attendance figures, or business impacts.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to furnish timely and accurate information required for event planning and delivery. Failure to do so may result in delays, suspension, or termination of the collaboration without financial restitution.
Intellectual Property Rights
All creative materials, concepts, layouts, and event-related documentation produced by Eventure remain the intellectual property of the company. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is expressly prohibited.
Fees and Payment Terms
All fees must be settled in accordance with the billing schedule agreed upon in the official agreement. Delayed payments may lead to service interruption until outstanding balances are resolved in full.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Should the client decide to terminate the agreement, formal written notice must be submitted. Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated based on unfinished work, minus non-recoverable expenses as defined in the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Eventure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Any liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Force Majeure
Eventure shall not be held accountable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our influence, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disruptions, or system outages.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue services in the event of a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due, and all service access will be revoked.
Confidentiality Assurance
Both Eventure and the client are bound to uphold confidentiality regarding shared data, event strategies, and project details. Unauthorized disclosure is strictly forbidden unless legally mandated.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eventure maintains its operational headquarters. Disputes shall be resolved within its legal framework.
Client Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Eventure harmless from any third-party claims or liabilities arising from misuse of services or breach of these Terms, including associated legal fees.
Severability
If any section of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersede any prior discussions, negotiations, or informal agreements, whether verbal or written.
